Sul fianco e sul fronte
premetti il nemico,
come l'esordio di una rabbiosa tempesta.
Con le armi del mio sire
e la terribile disposizione del mio attacco,
Fermai la lora avanzata,
Succedetti nel circondarli!
Decimai il nemico ospite,
con freccia e lancia!
Tutti i loro corpi trascinai.
Rapidamente, falciai le loro schiere
stabilendone la disfatta.
Tagliai le loro gole come [omissis].

come fossero corde.
Come le molte acque di una tempesta,

At the word of the lord,

like the onset of a Raging Storm.
With the weapons of my sire

and established their defeat.

I emptied their gullets and entrails,
letting them gush down
upon the wide earth!
My Prancing Streeds,
harnessed for my riding,
plunged into
the streams of their blood

furrowed by the wheels
of my War Chariot,
which brings low
the wicked and the evil,
were bespattered
with blood and filth.

I filled the plain
with their corpses!

made the fugitives meet the sword
wherever they were hiding.
